Tailored business healthcare solutions for a happy, healthy, productive workforce
Healthcare RM provides a comprehensive range of integrated health services designed to help your business increase attendance, improve staff morale and save money. As originators of the integrated healthcare model, we are at the forefront of the industry. And while many providers claim to provide flexible health risk packages, we believe they fall far short of the Healthcare RM service. We have an in-depth understanding of occupational and non-occupational risk factors related to illness and injury, and offer flexible, cost-effective risk management packages to cover all eventualities.
On-site integrated health services
In addition to health and risk assessment, we provide a full range of on-site integrated health services including the provision of nurses, physiotherapists, health and safety professionals and fitness instructors.
Health risk assessment (HRA)
How much is ill health and injury costing your business?
Staff illness or injury can result in significant and unexpected cost. We manage both clinical and occupational risk to help mitigate the impact of ill health or injury on both your staff and your business including claims and costs resulting from employment tribunals, employer's liability, long-term disability, incapacity pensions, long-term sickness absence and treatment.
Healthcare RM offers two basic types health risk assessment:
- Occupational HRA
- Personal HRA
The occupational HRA (OHRA)
An OHRA determines an employee’s fitness to work, either following an illness or injury or with an existing condition. It can be used to support an employee who has been ill or injured to remain at work or, following absence, and where recovery is satisfactory, to commence an immediate or a phased return to work.
Common conditions where an OHRA would be required include:
- Musculoskeletal problems
- Mental health problems
- Cardiac problems
We will also perform an OHRA for potential occupational health diseases including:
- Occupational dermatitis
- Occupational asthma
- Potential repetitive strain injury (RSI)
- Potential hand-arm vibration (HAV)
- Vibration white finger (VWF)
- Noise induced hearing loss (NIHL)

The Personal HRA (PHRA)
A PHRA reviews a person’s lifestyle health risks including diet, exercise, body mass, etc, as well as any pre-existing conditions and work-related issues that need to be taken into consideration.
We are also able to provide individuals with a tailored health improvement programme based on the findings of their assessment.
